Misc.We might be able to help better if you posted the ingredients for your current recipe and therefore we could suggest substitution(s) of ingredients that would help you lower the fat content. One obvious substitution example might be egg beaters for regular eggs. If this is a dessert type recipe, there are various substitutions you can make for vegetable oil ingredients.
