Re: MEAT MARINAIDS OR RUBS

Misc.
I'm back, sorry if I appear to "hog" the response board but, I love trying a variety of ways to prepare meals. Our entire family LOVES sushi, young and old. For those of you who frequent sushi bars you will know what I'm refering to. 'Unagi'. This is cooked eel; with a sweet sauce that is basted on top of it when cooked; then brushed on top again afterwards... anyway, we like the raw fish (sashimi); although I knew the sauce would be wonderful on other meats. We get a bottled product from Japanese markets, that the owners and we refer to as Unagi sauce. I rub this on turkey and ham when baking and it is a great hit. If anyone is interested in this, please Re: and I'll let you know about it.
