re: Panera Bread Brocolli Cheese Soup

I love Panera Bread's Brocolli Cheddar soup, espcially in a bread bowl so I was happy to see a copycat recipe. I immediately tried it & I hate to say it was nothing like Panera's. Although it tasted OK, my family didn't really care for it. We were very disappointed.
