Re: Request: Scallion Pancakes

These are delicious. I often ordered them when we lived in central NJ. I did find a recipe for them at one time (but have no idea where it is now as when we moved to PA almost 3 years ago - everything was in storage for a LONG time - I had over 28 book boxes of cook books, clippings, and related items! I've gone thru a lot -- but some will take years!)
I do seem to remember that they were made in thin layers - and then rolled several times. I'm sure some of the oriental cookbooks at the libary (or Barnes & Noble) will have the recipe - if none of the regular gals come thru with it. Now you're making me hungry for them!
