Request: Scallion Pancakes

We had the mosr wonderful appetizer in a chinese restaurant
in Lakewood Co called scallion pancakes,the restaurant was The
Szechuan Chinese restaurant. I have travled a large part of the
country, and have not found this on any other menu, would
love to have this recipe
