re: Roasting Turkey Breasts

Misc.

Pat...sounds like your are stressed. Maybe it is time to scratch oysters off your menu. There will be another time/another meal for oysters.

And, cooking bags...the heck with them. Before cooking bags we all used the wonderful tin foil.... am I showing my age by calling it "tin foil." I guess it is aluminum foil. Hummmm.

Tear off a loooong chunk of "foil, and line your baking pan. Put your turkey breast into the pan with whatever other items you pick. Bring the long ends of the foil up and over the turkey breast to form a tent (not touching the turkey breast.) If need be, put one piece of foil length-wise, another piece width-wise. Bake away.

Pat, remember to be greatful for the things that are going well... you have water, electricity, inside plumbing, family and friends (obvioiusly not in an order of importance).

Hot dogs cooked over an open fire place are WONDERFUL with the right people present.

Happy Holiday, Pat.
