re: uses for jalapeno jelly

I would think it would be good to dip chicken strips in. If it is too thick, then perhaps thin with some water first.
I like it, too with cream cheese on crackers. I have seen recipes for cranberry jalapeno, raspberry jalapeno, those sorts of things. The cranberry jalapeno sounds like it would be good on a turkey sandwich.
