ISO: Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Ideas?

I had an overabundance of peppers in my garden this year, so I made batch after batch of jalapeno pepper jelly. I love it on crackers with cream cheese, but I don't think I can eat 48 jars of it. Does anyone have any ideas how I could use it in recipes or as a condiment?
