ADDICTIVE SALAD
FOR THE SALAD DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
FOR THE SALAD:
1 (10 oz) pkg lettuce salad mix
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup bacon bits
green onions, sliced fine
TO MAKE THE DRESSING:
In a small non-metal bowl mix together dressing ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. It is very important that the dressing be made up at least 24 hours ahead of time. A couple of days is even better.
TO MAKE THE SALAD:
In a large bowl just before serving combine the lettuce, cheese, carrots cauliflower and bacon bits. Toss all together.
Serve with dressing.
