re: Yorkshire Pudding

Hello Charlotte,

I love Yorkshire Pudding. My Aunt would make it with Standing Rib Roast for
special dinners - and we're not even British :-) What you're describing
(individual cups) is what we call Popovers (I use the term 'we' loosely - that
may vary from home to home). Yorkshire Pudding to me is the same batter but made
in one pan. We usually use an iron skillet that's first been heated with
shortening or drippings from the beef roast.
