Misc.

hi Lisa,
As I am from Yorkshire, I've thought of something that I very much doubt anyone
in America will have heard of.....
Yorkshire puddings !!!! - do you eat them???!!!

Just in case anyone is wondering what they are....

It is a pancake batter but you cook them in bun tins..

4oz flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 pint milk

Put flour and salt in mixer
Add eggs and enough milk to make a smooth batter
Gradually add the rest of the milk
Put a teaspoon of oil in each bun tin and heat in oven till very hot then pour
in batter. Bake in a hot oven and serve with gravy.
Traditionally this is eaten as a course on its own before roast meat and
vegetables, but nowadays most people eat them with the meat and vegetables.

Bye....
