Recipe for Ableskeever or Danish Pancake

I am looking for a recipe for an ableskeever or its also called a Danish Pancake. I would appreciate any help in this area. I have bought a wrought Iron Ableskeever pan but I am getting grief because I have not used it yet. Thanks in advance for your help.
