Select button: Press select to choose the setting you want. Each time the select button is pressed the setting advances, normal, dark, french, sweet, or dough. The dot nearest the selection will glow.
Start button: press start to begin the process of the setting you selected. The time for a finished loaf will appear, and display in window.
normal;2;20
dark;2;25
french;3;30
sweet;3;30
dough;1:20hrs.
Stop Button: Press stop to turn off the power when baking is completed and remove the bread. Or press stop if you decide to make a change, or to stop baking. To take effect you must hold down the button for two to three seconds. You will hear a beep indicating it has been done and the display panel will go dark.
Timmer set button: before setting timer you must select the setting. Each time the select button is pressed the setting advances in the following setting normal, dark, french. Delayed baking will not work for the sweet or dough settings.
Press the plus button until the correct length of time appears is window.
plus;; each time the button is pressed advances 10 minutes
minus;; each time this button is pressed the timer goes back 10 minutes.

If you go past the desired time merely press the minus button to go back to desired time.
If you hold the button down it will advance or reverse the setting quickly.

Not all recipes are suitable for delayed baking because of items like fresh milk or eggs could spoil.
What else would you like to know.
thanks andrea
