I have 7 crab apple trees on our property and don't want them to go to waste. I have heard many years ago about a simple way to make apple juice using cream of tartar but cannot recall the recipe. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
(There is only so much apple crisp or apple pie anyone can tolerate.)
