ISO: CrabApples ?

Misc.
Hello, I have a question. Are you talking about the small crabapples that flower in the spring? Sorry, I never knew they could be eaten, I have two trees, one tree has very red crabapples and the other has kind-of beige-brown crabapples. Can any kind of crabapple be used in your recipe?

This my first visit to this site and i just love it. I was looking for Green Tomatoe recipes and noticed yours.

Thanks,
