FRESH STRAWBERRY RELISH
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pint California strawberries
3 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
In medium bowl combine all the ingredients except strawberries, raisins and walnuts. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients; toss.
Serve with baked or grilled fish or chicken.
Makes 4 servings
