request:Smoked Canned Salmon Recipe.

Hi.
I've been eating smoked canned salmon for years, and now I want to do my own. I'll have about 150 Kenai Reds to can this year, and am hoping that someone out there has some great recipies they can share w/ me.

I've heard that you have to smoke them very lightly before canning or the flavor will be overwelming. How long, and what kind of brine etc.?
