Recipe(tried): Macaroni Grill's Pasta Milano - Variations

I made this recipe (Macaroni Grill's Pasta Milano with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce) tonight with a few variations:

My family is not big on mushrooms, so I substituted the sauteed mushrooms with roasted red peppers;

I used Italian-style meatballs instead of grilled chicken.

Overall, it was very delicious and a big hit. Just as good as, if not better than, Macaroni Grill, at a fraction of the cost!

This recipe is highly recommended.
