Roasted Peppers

Misc.

Jan
I found Nancy's recipes for canning roasted peppers, they're in section 2 of the archive.
Scroll down to September 1 and you will find that she posted two recipes. I picked up some red peppers yeaterday just so I could try these out. I hope they turn out well as my family loves roasted peppers.

Good luck canning yours.
