Recipe: Baked Beans (using Jack Rabbit brand beans)

Side Dishes - Beans
BAKED BEANS

1 bag Jack Rabbit beans
1/2 lb. salt pork, cut up
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup

Soak beans for a couple hours. Pick out bad beans and drain water.

Add fresh water to cover beans. Add remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 hours. Stir as little as possible.
