she rules the roost Gladys!

she's settled in really well after a bit of a rocky start (so nervous poor thing) Right now she's sitting on the sofa in between Simon and i (though she takes up almost all the room!). She has a really loud purrrrrrrrr! Sounds like a lawnmower! And she snores! We took her to the vet because she also wheezes very badly (i am convinced that she's asthmatic) which may sound a bit silly but the vet said it's possible. She has to have a chest x-ray to find out if there are any problems but other than that, she's fine. I can't say that her breathing bothers her and she may be a beauty and serene and loving indoors but she rules her garden with and iron paw, keeping the other cats out and having scraps!
