hardly ever make a recipe that I can't make ahead in some way,
shape or form. If I am cooking dinner for guests, I'd rather
putz in the kitchen than be tied up in there, so I do make
this ahead of time. I was out w/friends last nite & this
recipe came up in the conversation about how enjoyable it is.
