Dear Magan - I don't have a recipe for your coconut ice cream, but I hope someone does since I love that flavor. However, your post made me laugh so hard - Mother's Disease is catching - you catch it from your children.

If you ever disconnect your dryer hose, you might find some of those random socks, along with other fuzzy things, like your mind!!

Also, speaking from personal experience, with time, Mother's Disease turns into those famous Senior Moments - It only gets worse, Magan. The Golden Years are golden only due to the Fort Knox it takes to keep yourselves alive!
