Hi Joy this sounds great!

Now a few q's, a brisket-- is it called beef brisket and why is it called brisket, dumb q I know esp for one who cooks as much as I do ... all I can think of is a corned beef brisket and i know that is not what you mean!

It says at the end to rewrap in a clean piece of foil -- did I miss somthing? Why? Would'nt you then serve it? Help me out here duugh I'm am at a loss ... I'm sure it is there ....

and tird is the flavor like a bbq? not that it matters I jsut wondered, the thing sounds absolutly great, I thought maybe jsut a chuck roast would do asa well ...
