Stuffing and Vegetable questions....

I know you cannot stuff the turkey the night before but, could I prepare my stuffing and put it in the fridge and then just put it in the bird in the morning? Has anyone tried this? Also, I would like to prepare my vegetables the day before, squash, turnip and mashed potatoes. What is the best way to reheat them? I am volunteering at the concession stand at the high school football game and I am serving Thanksgiving dinnner for 25 at 1 pm so any shortcuts will be helpful. I live in New England so Thanksgiving is always s big celebration. Thanks for your help and enjoy your holiday!
