tamales made in New Orleans

Misc.

I've been looking for a recipe for tamales. I ate them when I was small they
were the size of your middle finger or maybe a little bigger. They were so
good and we couldn't wait to eat them every summer. I have seen a special on
tv about the lost art for making them but only caught the very end. They were
sold in New Orleans. Thanks,
Sue Valdez
