Terry: Meat and Potatoes Vegetarian...

Dear Terry,

I am trying to become a vegetarian also. I will look for some good veggie meals that meat and potatoes people like. In the mean time I have a shake that children are suppose to like.


ORANGE SHAKE


C frozen orange juice concentrate
/1 cake (9 oz.) silken tofu
1/3 C soy milk
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place all of the ingredients in an electric blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Taste. If needed, add more flavoring. Serve


Yield: One serving
Plant estrogen Estimate: 2 1/3 Portions per servings

Please let me know if are on a low calorie diet.
