I'm so happy that you were the lucky one to get Mary and Carmen's collection. Thanks for letting us walk down Memory Lane through Faith's recipes. Now we'll get to envision the day-to-day lives of two more women through their love of food. Mary sounds like my kind of cook. You really need to keep a sense of humor when cooking for a family every day! You know that these ladies had good days and some not so great ones in their long lives.

I enviously wish I was there to look through the the boxes and read the margin notes with you. It would seem a little like reading their diaries or auto-biographies.

Happy transcribing as you time travel through the treasures!
