Using Regular Limes

Linda, I think you can use regular limes if you want. Last week a client brought in a ton of Persian limes so we went on the pursuit of lime recipes - and most of the ones I found called for key limes. I ended up making a Key Lime Daquiri Pound Cake and used my limes - it tasted great and the cake got raves. So I really don't think it makes a difference.

Also, for everyone else, I've posted a recipe before for Chicken Fajitas and that uses fresh lime juice - if you do a search for it you can find the recipe. I suppose you could use key limes for that although the recipe doesn't specifically call for them.
