Welbilt Dough Maker DM2000 Cookbook needed

My mother recently acquired my great aunts Welbilt Dough Maker DM2000. Unfortunatley it was missing the Easy Baking Plus Pasta Cookbook that came with it. I am trying to find one, or at least a copy of it. My mother would like to use the machine, but really needs that book for the instructions and recipes. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thank you!
