I just bought a wonderful book of cuban recipes; Cocina Cubana, las Mejores Recetas by Raquel Rabade Roque and it is wonderful. It is available at Amazon.com. Perhaps in your next trip you will be able to find a home more to your liking. Leave everything in God's hands.
