What great timing!

I just so happen to have in my fridge both cauliflower and broccoli which needs eating up so the Veggie casserole will be perfect for tonight (will have to omit ham because of boyfriend) but may have some on the side myself! Better still i think i might be myself a gammon steak to do with it as they are on special at my local supermarket!
