This is the 3rd time I have tried to post a reply to you. My computer seems to have a mind of it's own tonight:-( Anyway, I copied your recipes & plan to make the Ham and Vegetable casserole since I have a lot of cauliflower & broccoli in my refrigerator. It sounds like you are pretty much over your pneumonia. I'm glad that you are feeling better.
