Yeah, but just let them get into the tool department at Sears!!!!!!

Misc.

Hi Judy;
I know just what you mean about men in kitchen gadget stores. But just let them get into the tool department at sears, they're like kids at KidsRUs.
I made the mistake of going there with Jim one time, spent a whole hour sorting through a bin of sockets that were on sale, looking for ones that he didn't have. Not that he would necessarily ever need the ones we found, but they were ones that he didn't have. My fingernails and cuticles looked like I had been digging in a pile of coal when we were done, but by golly Jim had some new sockets and all was right with the world. I doubt very seriously if he has ever used any of them, but he was happy and that's all that mattered. It doesn't take a Ferrari to make him happy, just a couple of new sockets and a wife who showed an interest in helping him find them. I believe it's called "the simple life", and I wouldn't trade it for all the gold in the world.
