We did have a great time. Incidently, I had a chicken and potato roti at a restaurant called, Smokey's. It was so good! I had been wanting one for 30 years!! The last time I had had one was in Trinidad that many years ago. When you mentioned that there was a roti house near you, I was so, so jealous. I have never seen any roti houses anywhere we have traveled in the U.S. Maybe, someday, I'll try my hand at making them.
