Misc. I love Amish Friendship bread. I like that with this recipe you don't have to deal with it for a week. One thing I do with this, as well as most other baked goods, is to bake it in muffin tins. This way you can freeze them and pull them out one at a time when you want one.
Although this will not exactly keep it light, a great addition to this bread is cinnamon chips. The flavor is unbelievable.
