Yum, Melissa, Perfect Menu for Rainy Day

Misc.
Hi Melissa,

You are absolutely right about The Perfect Meatloaf by Pam Anderson. I have made it before and it rivals the 72nd Street Market Meatloaf and the Cottage Meatloaf. Why is it that meatloaf is such comforting food? Could it be from warm thoughts from our childhood? And, what about leftovers? Aren't meatloaf leftovers the best? Yum, thanks for sharing.

It has been raining buckets also here in Central Florida by the way.

Where in South Florida do you live, as I did a fair amount of growing up in Miami and graduated from Miami Sr. High and FIU.

Happy COoking! Gina
