Recipe: Kahlua Chocolate Cake

Here's a couple more I found that really sound good
KAHLUA CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 pkg duncan hines deluxe swiss chocolate cake mix
2/3 cup water
1/3 cuo kahlua
3 large eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 envelope dream whip
1 small pkg. pistachio instant puddding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour two 9x 1 1/2 round layer pans
Combine dry cake mix, water, kahlua, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl. Mix cake as directed on pkg. Divide batter evenly in pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or till tester comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on racks.
For frosting, blend dreamwhip, pudding mix and cold milk in chilled deep bowl. Beat with chilled beaters until stiff (3-8 mins.). Spread between cooled layers and on top and sides of cake. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Store leftover cake in fridge.
GOLDEN CHEESECAKE GEMS
1 pkg duncan hines butter recipe golden cake mix
1/2 stick butter or margarine melted
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 24 muffin cups
Combine dry cake mix and melted butter in large mixer bowl. Beat at low speed for 2 mins. (mixture will be crumbly) Divide mixture evenly in muffin cups. Press on bottoms and halfway up sides.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. or till mixture is set.
Combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread small amount of topping over each cake. Return to oven for 5 mins. Cool in pans on racks.
