MY FAVORITE SALSA
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 (4 oz.) can diced chiles (undrained)
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. cilantro (from a tube)
1/4 cup minced onion (only fresh ingredient)
1 tbsp. pureed jarred jalapenos
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic puree (from a tube)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. citric acid
Mix it up with a stick blender until it is as smooth as you like it.
