Potato and Macaroni Salad for 150

Potato and Macaroni Salad for 150 people
Make 2 batches of dressing and cook until thick
8 eggs
2 c sugar
2 c vinegar
6 T. cornstarch
2 c water
Stir constant. do not allow to scorch.Remove from heat.Add 2 jars(1 qt
and 1 pt
each) of Miracle whip and 6 T. mustard. Let cool and refrigerate.

Potato salad:
6 doz hard boiled eggs silced
40 lbs boiled red potatoes, cut into chunks
4 bunches celery stalks, diced
Sweet pickle relish, to taste
celery seed, to taste
salt and pepper

Macaroni Salad
2-3lb boxes cooked and drained elbow macaroni
3 bunches celery stalks, diced
6 green peppers, diced
3 doz hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 and 1/2 c chopped onion
sweet pickle relish to taste
celery seed to taste
salt and pepper to taste
