Recipe(tried): Chicken Fried Steak (Texas style) - Variation

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
I like to use Bisquick instead of Flour in making my Chicken fried steak,, try it,, puts much more of a crust on each side, and also I put the lid on mine to tenderize the meat to cook.
