Recipe(tried): Leftover Roast Beef

Misc.

I love to have leftover roast beef. I use some of it in stew. I blend some with tomato sauce and Taco seasoning and make enchiladas or burritos. Put some with the gravy over toasted bread or hoagie rolls for sandwiches. My grandmother used to mix chopped roast with salad dressing and pickle relish and make roast salad spread. It is a very versatile kind of left over!
