Recipe: Red Lobster Chocolate Chip Cookie Lava Cakes

Desserts - Assorted
After having this today I am almost certian I can replicate this recipe. The easy way woul be to take a muffin tin spray and put 1 pilsbury break and bake cookie in the bottom. make sure to push into the cookie bringing it up the sides to make a indent for filling. The layer with a spoon of either hot fudge sundae topping or chopped semisweet dark choc. Put a second cookie that you kneaded out to make a flat surface on top making sure to pinch the sides to join the cookies and bake per cookie directions. I am sure additional time will be needed for baking as I havent made this yet im not sure how much. Once done gently take out of the pan. The silicone pans would work best for this as its easier to get out without breakibg. serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and choc. drizzle.
