Milk substitute

Misc.
You can use soya milk instead of regular milk - useful if you don't want to use dairy products.
Finding a substitute for eggs is difficult if you want to avoid egg products altogether because the versatile egg is used for so many things, binding, thickening, raising, flavoring, emulsifying etc. etc. Mostly it's a case of trying to work out why the egg is there (and there may be more than one reason) and then trying a substitute. Mind you, in some cases, there just is no substitute
