ISO: Pork chops& Prudhomme's 'Hot Fanny Sauce

Had dinner at K-Paul's during the holidays.
The sauce for the 12 oz pork chop contained lots of pecans and jalapeno peppers. Sorry i did not copy down the other items from the menu at the time. I may have to go back,just to do that! It was DYNAMITE!!!!-anybody have an idea?

I posted to Prudhomme's site, but so far no
reply-searched several other sites that provide recipes from restaurants, but nothing.
