ISO: Timothy's White Chili

I am looking for a White Chili recipe that came from "Timothy's Restaurant" on East Broadway in Louisville, KY. This recipe was posted in the magazine section of the Louisville Courier Journal many years ago.
My husband made this chili many times for family gatherings and tailgate parties. He recently passed away, and we cannot find this recipe that meant so much to us in any of his belongings.
Can anyone help me find this particular recipe for white chili?
