ISO: Benehana's Ginger Salad Dressing

Misc.
I am looking for someone who has found this recipe to be tried and true. It is a wonderful blend using freshly grated ginger, vinegar, oil and a little catsup or tomato paste all mixed up in a blender. There are a couple of other ingredients, but I don't know what they are or what the amounts are. Any help would be appreciated
