ISO: Crawfish Monica from New Orleans Jazz Fest

We just returned from New Orleans where we went to the Jazz and Heritage Festival. We had this awesome crawfish dish with pasta and a creamy sauce called Crawfish Monica. I would love to have the recipe so I can make it at home! Thanks!
