ISO: Melting Pot cheese and (artichoke or spinach) fondue

We recently had a cheese fondue at the Melting Pot that was fabulous! It was the first course of 3 fondues we had there. I can't remember if it included spinach or artichoke hearts but it was unbelievable! Does anything know the receipe for this fondue? I'd like to serve it Christmas Eve.
