ISO: Leberocks onion crusted salmon

Iam looking for a recipe from a restaurantin st. Pete, Fla. the restaurant Lieberocks(sp?) served a great onion crusted salmon, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I have tried to create my on recipe but the results are not even close to the original.
